Over the past 20 years Engineering Centre has built up a hard earned reputation for good products service and expertise in the repairs of industrial electronic equipment. Our returns on repairs are less than 0,5%. Our usual turnaround time for repairs is five working days. Some units require more extensive research and more complex testing and may therefore take slightly longer. In case of emergency we guarantee a response time of a maximum of 16 hours. Our average response time is less than 8 hours.
Engineering Centre has selected various partners to whom Service, Warranty and after sales service is equally important. All spare parts for items manufactured by Engineering Centre are standard stock items at our warehouse. Stock of spare parts is kept for most units supplied through us as an agent to avoid unnecessary delays. In the case of such spares being temporarily unavailable at our warehouse, the delivery of spares will generally take 1-2 days.
Engineering Centre has reliably carried out repairs for institutions such as Telecom for over twelve years. Rectifiers and power supplies used by Telecom Namibia today are repaired and tested by Engineering Centre.

With an overall asset value of test and repair equipment exceeding N$ 2mil, Engineering Centre CC compromises over the newest technology available for repairs and back up service. We have the capacity of a 750m² fully equipped electro, electronic and light mechanic workshop which an enormous variety of mechanical, electrical and electronic testing equipment, tools & machinery. The workshops are well-found with equipment such as thermal imaging and computerized test stations etc. All Equipment is serviced, maintained and calibrated regularly to ensure constant reliability and accuracy.
